Joint family weekend at Eagle's Nest April 4 - April 6, 2025
During the weekend of April 4 - April 6, 2025, a joint family weekend took place at Eagle's Nest in Pstruží. There were 37 of us. The participation was greatly supported by Father Antonín Špaček, who was with us the whole time.
On Friday evening, we arrived gradually, and at the end of the day, we gave thanks during a group prayer for our meeting.
After breakfast on Saturday morning, Father Antonín first had a short talk for the adults and then for the children about life with God.
Then the moms prepared lunch while the dads went to make a beautiful cross, which we used after lunch for a walk during a joint Stations of the Cross towards the summit of Ondřejník.
In the evening, the weather did not allow us to grill sausages outside, so we roasted them in the oven, and in the meantime, Father Antonín held the evening mass. After dinner, we played table football, sang, etc.
On Sunday after the morning mass, some prepared lunch, while others cleaned the whole lodge, and after a nice lunch and coffee, we set off for home.
